This year has been the year for video calls / webinar. We are using Google Meet for our AGM. For those who have not used Google Meet before you can learn more about it here – https://apps.google.com/intl/en/meet/how-it-works/.

No app required if accessing from your computer, simply hit the link in the invite and it will take you to the meeting. For those using tablet or smartphone there is an app on google play or the App Store to access the meeting. You will need the meeting ID to access the meeting (in the invite details)

We will be looking to form our executive and general committee for the 2021 season during the AGM and then look to start to get the ball rolling straight away for next year. Due to the 2020 season being cancelled we have touched base with all members of this year’s executive and general committee to confirm if they’re willing to fulfill this role for the 2021 season.

The majority of roles have been fulfilled, but the below roles remain vacant which we really need to fill.
